At Echo Five Design LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for orders placed through our website.
Returns
You may returnΒ eligible, non-custom itemsΒ withinΒ 14 days of deliveryΒ for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In theirΒ original packaging
- Free of odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
To start a return, contact us atΒ echofivedesign@gmail.comΒ with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The only exception is if the item arrives damaged or defective, in which case we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, weβll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, aΒ refund will be issued to your original payment methodΒ withinΒ 5β7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping, aΒ restocking fee may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us withinΒ 7 days of deliveryΒ atΒ echofivedesign@gmail.comΒ with your order number and photos of the issue.
Weβll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
